If that's not the right fit for you, rest assured that we're still committed to protecting your data. Here's a summary of our approach: Spoke is dedicated to keeping your conversations secure and private. Depending on your chosen plan, we may share your conversation data with the following partners to enhance your experience with our services:
- Gladia, on Pay as You Go Plans: For transcription of your recordings. Gladia is a French company, party to our DPA, and does not use your data to train its transcription AI. ****
- AWS, on all plans: Our servers are located in AWS Europe (Paris).
Our Voice Intelligence partners (i.e. only Gladia on Pay as You Go Plans) do not keep any of your information, and no data remains stored on their servers, as outlined in the Data Processing Contracts we have mutually agreed upon.
